After my dad and my husband passed away, I felt totally alone. All by myself. Abandoned. It just reinforced the fact that I felt I needed to do it all alone.
It took me years to realize I was wrong.
It wasn’t until I immersed myself in communities did I begin to heal more deeply, grow through the grief and truly transform my life.
During times of grief, of isolation, of sadness, you are never truly alone. Although it’s easy to forget that fact. That is why being part of a community with others is so important.
